Privacy notice
Dito Consulting s.r.o. is the controller of personal data submitted through the Manufo consultation form. The form is intended for business enquiries.
What the form collects
We collect your name, work email, company, selected use case, and message. You may also provide your role and phone number. The service processes limited technical data, such as an IP address, request time, and submission identifier, to protect the form from misuse and prevent duplicate submissions.
Why we process it
We use this information to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, take steps you request before entering into a contract. Limited technical data is processed to operate and secure the form. We do not use consultation details for unrelated marketing or sell them.
The legal bases are steps taken at your request before a contract, where this applies, and our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, preventing misuse, and keeping the service secure.
How the submission is handled
The form payload is encrypted while it waits for delivery. After successful mail delivery, the application clears that encrypted payload. A daily retention task deletes pending or failed submissions once they are more than 30 days old. To prevent duplicate processing and investigate delivery status, the application keeps a random submission identifier, a keyed fingerprint, the delivery status, and timestamps after delivery. The daily task deletes that receipt once it is more than 90 days old. The delivered message remains in a restricted business mailbox only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and related pre-contractual correspondence, unless a law or resulting contract requires longer retention.
Who receives it
Access is limited to people at Dito Consulting s.r.o. who need the information to handle the enquiry. Our hosting and mail providers process data only to run the website and deliver messages. We do not disclose form data to other third parties unless the law requires it.
Essential cookies and request logs
The consultation form may use a strictly necessary session cookie for request-forgery protection and form state. Hosting systems may record basic request metadata in operational and security logs. We do not use those technical records for advertising.
Do not send formulas, certificates of analysis, health information, production records, passwords, private keys, or other regulated or confidential material through the public form.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority, including the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
To make a privacy request, use the consultation form and state that your message concerns privacy. We may need enough information to confirm that the request relates to you.

Website terms
This website gives a general description of Manufo. Its content is informational and is not an offer, warranty, service level, or commitment to supply a particular feature. Interface previews are illustrative. Product scope, onboarding, fees, support, service levels, and data processing terms are agreed in writing with each client.
Manufo can support manufacturing records and workflows, but software does not itself certify compliance with GMP, IFS, or another regulatory or quality standard. Each manufacturer remains responsible for its validation, procedures, training, quality decisions, legal duties, and certification requirements. Website content is not legal, regulatory, quality, or validation advice.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the website, introduce malicious code, collect data by unauthorized automated means, or access a client workspace without permission. Authorized client use is also governed by the applicable client agreement.
Ownership and applicable terms
Manufo names, visual identity, website text, and interface materials are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Client agreements take precedence where they address the same subject. These public website terms are governed by Slovak law, subject to any mandatory law that applies.
Responsible reporting
Security concerns
If you believe you found a security issue on the public website, send an initial report through the consultation form. State that the message concerns security and describe the affected page and observed behavior.
Do not include credentials, private keys, client data, exploit code, or confidential production material in the first message. Do not test against client accounts, access data that is not yours, or perform disruptive testing without prior written authorization.
Contact without publishing an address
Privacy, legal, and security messages use the same protected form as consultation enquiries. The receiving address stays on the server and is not published in page content or browser code.
